Permanent Makeup by Lucy - Pompano Beach, FL
Applying permanent makeup is the process of inserting pigment into the middle layer of skin (dermis). Normally the pigment will appear darker after the initial procedure but will gradually soften once healed. Permanent makeup provides a way to save time and help women achieve the appearance they desire.

  PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURES OFFERED

  • EYELINER - adds depth and definition to the eyes. Pigment is added along the lash line to create a flawless line. Depending on the amount of pigment used, a soft natural looking line or a more dramatic, bolder line can be created.

  • EYEBROWS - Shaped eyebrows can enhance the shape of your face, and frame your eyes, and can give you an uplifting and refreshed appearance.

  • LIPLINER - Lipliner can hide imperfections and reshape the lips. It helps to prevent lipstick from bleeding and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

  • FULL LIP COLOR - Lip shading/color can give the appearance of fuller and lusher lips.  Many pigment shades are available for either a subtle natural look or bolder colors for a more dramatic effect.

Because Lucy follows all hygience and sterilizations procedures as outlined by the guidelines of the State of Florida you can be assured that your permanent makeup will be applied in a safe and sterile manner.
